ਥਟਣਹਾਰੈ ਥਾਟੁ ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਥਟਿਆ ॥

thaṭṇahārai thāṭu āpē hī thaṭiā ॥

थटणहारै थाटु आपे ही थटिआ ॥

The Creator Lord created the Creation.

ਆਪੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਾਹੁ ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਖਟਿਆ ॥

āpē pūrā sāhu āpē hī khaṭiā ॥

आपे पूरा साहु आपे ही खटिआ ॥

He Himself is the perfect Banker; He Himself earns His profit.

ਆਪੇ ਕਰਿ ਪਾਸਾਰੁ ਆਪੇ ਰੰਗ ਰਟਿਆ ॥

āpē kari pāsāru āpē raṅg raṭiā ॥

आपे करि पासारु आपे रंग रटिआ ॥

He Himself made the expansive Universe; He Himself is imbued with joy.

ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਕੀਮ ਨ ਪਾਇ ਅਲਖ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਟਿਆ ॥

kudrati kīm na pāi alakh brahmaṭiā ॥

कुदरति कीम न पाइ अलख ब्रहमटिआ ॥

The value of God's almighty creative power cannot be estimated.

ਅਗਮ ਅਥਾਹ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਪਰੈ ਪਰਟਿਆ ॥

agam athāh bēant parai parṭiā ॥

अगम अथाह बेअंत परै परटिआ ॥

He is inaccessible, unfathomable, endless, the farthest of the far.

ਆਪੇ ਵਡ ਪਾਤਿਸਾਹੁ ਆਪਿ ਵਜੀਰਟਿਆ ॥

āpē vaḍ pātisāhu āpi vajīrṭiā ॥

आपे वड पातिसाहु आपि वजीरटिआ ॥

He Himself is the greatest Emperor; He Himself is His own Prime Minister.

ਕੋਇ ਨ ਜਾਣੈ ਕੀਮ ਕੇਵਡੁ ਮਟਿਆ ॥

kōi na jāṇai kīm kēvḍu maṭiā ॥

कोइ न जाणै कीम केवडु मटिआ ॥

No one knows His worth, or the greatness of His resting place.

ਸਚਾ ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਆਪਿ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪਰਗਟਿਆ ॥੧॥

sachā sāhibu āpi gurmukhi pargaṭiā ॥1॥

सचा साहिबु आपि गुरमुखि परगटिआ ॥१॥

He Himself is our True Lord and Master. He reveals Himself to the Gurmukh. ||1||
