ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਸਾਈ ਹਰਿ ਤੇਰੀ ਜਿਤੁ ਹਰਿ ਕੀਰਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਸੁਨਣੇ

Bhairao, Fourth Mehl:

ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਸਾਈ ਹਰਿ ਤੇਰੀ ਜਿਤੁ ਹਰਿ ਕੀਰਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਸੁਨਣੇ ॥

satsaṅgti sāī hari tērī jitu hari kīrti hari sunṇē ॥

सतसंगति साई हरि तेरी जितु हरि कीरति हरि सुनणे ॥

That is Your True Congregation, Lord, where the Kirtan of the Lord's Praises are heard.

ਜਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਮਨੁ ਭੀਨਾ ਤਿਨ ਹਮ ਸ੍ਰੇਵਹ ਨਿਤ ਚਰਣੇ ॥੧॥

jin hari nāmu suṇiā manu bhīnā tin ham srēvah nit charṇē ॥1॥

जिन हरि नामु सुणिआ मनु भीना तिन हम स्रेवह नित चरणे ॥१॥

The minds of those who listen to the Lord's Name are drenched with bliss; I worship their feet continually. ||1||

ਜਗਜੀਵਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਇ ਤਰਣੇ ॥

jagjīvnu hari dhiāi tarṇē ॥

जगजीवनु हरि धिआइ तरणे ॥

Meditating on the Lord, the Life of the World, the mortals cross over.

ਅਨੇਕ ਅਸੰਖ ਨਾਮ ਹਰਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਨ ਜਾਹੀ ਜਿਹਵਾ ਇਤੁ ਗਨਣੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

anēk asaṅkh nām hari tērē na jāhī jihvā itu ganṇē ॥1॥ rahāu ॥

अनेक असंख नाम हरि तेरे न जाही जिहवा इतु गनणे ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

Your Names are so many, they are countless, O Lord. This tongue of mine cannot even count them. ||1||Pause||

ਗੁਰਸਿਖ ਹਰਿ ਬੋਲਹੁ ਹਰਿ ਗਾਵਹੁ ਲੇ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਣੇ ॥

gursikh hari bōlhu hari gāvhu lē gurmati hari japṇē ॥

गुरसिख हरि बोलहु हरि गावहु ले गुरमति हरि जपणे ॥

O Gursikhs, chant the Lord's Name, and sing the Praises of the Lord. Take the Guru's Teachings, and meditate on the Lord.

ਜੋ ਉਪਦੇਸੁ ਸੁਣੇ ਗੁਰ ਕੇਰਾ ਸੋ ਜਨੁ ਪਾਵੈ ਹਰਿ ਸੁਖ ਘਣੇ ॥੨॥

jō updēsu suṇē gur kērā sō janu pāvai hari sukh ghaṇē ॥2॥

जो उपदेसु सुणे गुर केरा सो जनु पावै हरि सुख घणे ॥२॥

Whoever listens to the Guru's Teachings - that humble being receives countless comforts and pleasures from the Lord. ||2||

ਧੰਨੁ ਸੁ ਵੰਸੁ ਧੰਨੁ ਸੁ ਪਿਤਾ ਧੰਨੁ ਸੁ ਮਾਤਾ ਜਿਨਿ ਜਨ ਜਣੇ ॥

dhannu su vaṃsu dhannu su pitā dhannu su mātā jini jan jaṇē ॥

धंनु सु वंसु धंनु सु पिता धंनु सु माता जिनि जन जणे ॥

Blessed is the ancestry, blessed is the father, and blessed is that mother who gave birth to this humble servant.

ਜਿਨ ਸਾਸਿ ਗਿਰਾਸਿ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਮੇਰਾ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਸੇ ਸਾਚੀ ਦਰਗਹ ਹਰਿ ਜਨ ਬਣੇ ॥੩॥

jin sāsi girāsi dhiāiā mērā hari hari sē sāchī dargah hari jan baṇē ॥3॥

जिन सासि गिरासि धिआइआ मेरा हरि हरि से साची दरगह हरि जन बणे ॥३॥

Those who meditate on my Lord, Har, Har, with every breath and morsel of food - those humble servants of the Lord look beautiful in the True Court of the Lord. ||3||

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਅਗਮ ਨਾਮ ਹਰਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਚਿ ਭਗਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਧਰਣੇ ॥

hari hari agam nām hari tērē vichi bhagtā hari dharṇē ॥

हरि हरि अगम नाम हरि तेरे विचि भगता हरि धरणे ॥

O Lord, Har, Har, Your Names are profound and infinite; Your devotees cherish them deep within.

ਨਾਨਕ ਜਨਿ ਪਾਇਆ ਮਤਿ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਜਪਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਪਾਰਿ ਪਵਣੇ ॥੪॥੩॥੭॥

nānak jani pāiā mati gurmati japi hari hari pāri pavṇē ॥4॥3॥7॥

नानक जनि पाइआ मति गुरमति जपि हरि हरि पारि पवणे ॥४॥३॥७॥

Servant Nanak has obained the wisdom of the Guru's Teachings; meditating on the Lord, Har, Har, he crosses over to the other side. ||4||3||7||
