ਸਰਬ ਸੁਖਾ ਗੁਰ ਚਰਨਾ

देवगंधारी ५ ॥

Dayv-Gandhaaree, Fifth Mehl:

ਸਰਬ ਸੁਖਾ ਗੁਰ ਚਰਨਾ ॥

sarab sukhā gur charnā ॥

सरब सुखा गुर चरना ॥

All peace is found in the Guru's feet.

ਕਲਿਮਲ ਡਾਰਨ ਮਨਹਿ ਸਧਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਆਸਰ ਮੋਹਿ ਤਰਨਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

kalimal ḍāran manhi sadhāran ih āsar mōhi tarnā ॥1॥ rahāu ॥

कलिमल डारन मनहि सधारन इह आसर मोहि तरना ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

They drive away my sins and purify my mind; their Support carries me across. ||1||Pause||

ਪੂਜਾ ਅਰਚਾ ਸੇਵਾ ਬੰਦਨ ਇਹੈ ਟਹਲ ਮੋਹਿ ਕਰਨਾ ॥

pūjā arachā sēvā bandan ihai ṭahal mōhi karnā ॥

पूजा अरचा सेवा बंदन इहै टहल मोहि करना ॥

This is the labor which I perform: worship, flower-offerings, service and devotion.

ਬਿਗਸੈ ਮਨੁ ਹੋਵੈ ਪਰਗਾਸਾ ਬਹੁਰਿ ਨ ਗਰਭੈ ਪਰਨਾ ॥੧॥

bigsai manu hōvai pargāsā bahuri na garbhai parnā ॥1॥

बिगसै मनु होवै परगासा बहुरि न गरभै परना ॥१॥

My mind blossoms forth and is enlightened, and I am not cast into the womb again. ||1||

ਸਫਲ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਪਰਸਉ ਸੰਤਨ ਕੀ ਇਹੈ ਧਿਆਨਾ ਧਰਨਾ ॥

saphal mūrti parsau santan kī ihai dhiānā dharnā ॥

सफल मूरति परसउ संतन की इहै धिआना धरना ॥

I behold the fruitful vision of the Saint; this is the meditation I have taken.

ਭਇਓ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲੁ ਠਾਕੁਰੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਉ ਪਰਿਓ ਸਾਧ ਕੀ ਸਰਨਾ ॥੨॥੧੬॥

bhaiō kripālu ṭhākuru nānak kau pariō sādh kī sarnā ॥2॥16॥

भइओ क्रिपालु ठाकुरु नानक कउ परिओ साध की सरना ॥२॥१६॥

The Lord Master has become Merciful to Nanak, and he has entered the Sanctuary of the Holy. ||2||16||
