ਸਦ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਤਿਨਾ ਜਿ ਸੁਨਤੇ ਹਰਿ ਕਥਾ ॥

sad balihārī tinā ji suntē hari kathā ॥

सद बलिहारी तिना जि सुनते हरि कथा ॥

I am forever a sacrifice to those who listen to the sermon of the Lord.

ਪੂਰੇ ਤੇ ਪਰਧਾਨ ਨਿਵਾਵਹਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਮਥਾ ॥

pūrē tē pardhān nivāvahi prabh mathā ॥

पूरे ते परधान निवावहि प्रभ मथा ॥

Those who bow their heads before God are perfect and distinguished.

ਹਰਿ ਜਸੁ ਲਿਖਹਿ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਸੋਹਹਿ ਸੇ ਹਥਾ ॥

hari jasu likhhi bēant sōhhi sē hathā ॥

हरि जसु लिखहि बेअंत सोहहि से हथा ॥

Those hands, which write the Praises of the infinite Lord are beautiful.

ਚਰਨ ਪੁਨੀਤ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਚਾਲਹਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਪਥਾ ॥

charan punīt pavitr chālhi prabh pathā ॥

चरन पुनीत पवित्र चालहि प्रभ पथा ॥

Those feet which walk on God's Path are pure and holy.

ਸੰਤਾਂ ਸੰਗਿ ਉਧਾਰੁ ਸਗਲਾ ਦੁਖੁ ਲਥਾ ॥੧੪॥

santāṃ saṅgi udhāru saglā dukhu lathā ॥14॥

संतां संगि उधारु सगला दुखु लथा ॥१४॥

In the Society of the Saints, they are emancipated; all their sorrows depart. ||14||
