ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸਚਾ ਪਾਤਿਸ਼ਾਹ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਸਚੁ ਤਖਤ ਸੁਹੇਲਾ॥

satigur sachā pātishāh sādh saṅgti sachu takhat suhēlā॥

सतिगुर सचा पातिशाह साध संगति सचु तखत सुहेला॥

The true Guru (God) is the true emperor and the holy congregation is true throne which is most delightful.

ਸਚ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਸਚ ਅਸ਼ਟਧਾਤ ਇਕ ਪਾਰਸ ਮੇਲਾ॥

sac shabad ṭaksāl sac ashṭadhāt ik pāras mēlā॥

सच शबद टकसाल सच अशटधात इक पारस मेला॥

The true Word is such a true mint where different castes in the from of metals meet the Guru, the philosopher's stone, and become gold (gurmukhs).

ਸਚਾ ਅਬਿਚਲ ਰਾਜ ਹੈ ਸਚ ਮਹਲ ਨਵਹਾਣ ਨਵੇਲਾ॥

sachā abichal rāj hai sac mahal navhāṇ navēlā॥

सचा अबिचल राज है सच महल नवहाण नवेला॥

There, only the true divine Will operates because the order of truth alone is bestower of joy and delight.

ਸਚਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਵਰਤਦਾ ਸਚਾ ਅਮਰ ਸਚੋ ਰਸ ਕੇਲਾ॥

sachā hukam varatdā sachā amar sachō ras kēlā॥

सचा हुकम वरतदा सचा अमर सचो रस केला॥

ਸਚੀ ਸਿਫਤ ਸਲਾਹ ਸਚ ਸਚ ਸਲਾਹਣ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਵੇਲਾ॥

sachī siphat salāh sac sac salāhaṇ ammrit vēlā॥

सची सिफत सलाह सच सच सलाहण अंम्रित वेला॥

ਸਚਾ ਗੁਰਮੁਖ ਪੰਥ ਹੈ ਸਚ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਨ ਗਰਬ ਗਹੇਲਾ॥

sachā gurmukh panth hai sac updēsh na garab gahēlā॥

सचा गुरमुख पंथ है सच उपदेश न गरब गहेला॥

There, in the early morning eulogisation is true and is of the truth alone.

ਆਸਾ ਵਿਚ ਨਿਰਾਸ ਗਤਿ ਸੱਚਾ ਖੇਲ ਮੇਲ ਸਚੁ ਖੇਲਾ॥

āsā vic nirās gati sacchā khēl mēl sachu khēlā॥

आसा विच निरास गति सॱचा खेल मेल सचु खेला॥

Gurmukhs remain detached among many hopes and they always play the game of truth.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖ ਸਿਖ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੁਰ ਚੇਲਾ ॥੨੦॥

gurmukh sikh gurū gur chēlā ॥20॥

गुरमुख सिख गुरू गुर चेला ॥२०॥

Such gurmukhs become Guru and the Guru becomes their disciple.
