ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਹੋਆ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਹੁ ਅਚਰਜੁ ਅਮਰ ਅਮਰਿ ਵਰਤਾਇਆ॥

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਹੋਆ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਹੁ ਅਚਰਜੁ ਅਮਰ ਅਮਰਿ ਵਰਤਾਇਆ॥

satigur hōā satigurhu acraju amar amri vartāiā॥

सतिगुर होआ सतिगुरहु अचरजु अमर अमरि वरताइआ॥

From the true Guru (Angad Dev) becoming the truthful Guru, Amar

ਸੋ ਟਿਕਾ ਸੋ ਬੈਹਣਾ ਸੋਈ ਸਚਾ ਹੁਕਮੁ ਚਲਾਇਆ॥

sō ṭikā sō baihṇā sōī sachā hukmu chalāiā॥

सो टिका सो बैहणा सोई सचा हुकमु चलाइआ॥

Has enacted a wondrous feat. The same light, the same seat and the same will of Lord is being spread by him.

ਖੋਲਿ ਖਜਾਨਾ ਸਬਦੁ ਦਾ ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿ ਸਚੁ ਮੇਲਿ ਮਿਲਾਇਆ॥

khōli khajānā sabdu dā sādhsaṅgti sachu mēli milāiā॥

खोलि खजाना सबदु दा साधसंगति सचु मेलि मिलाइआ॥

He has opened up the storehouse of word and has made the truth manifest through the holy congregation.

ਗੁਰ ਚੇਲਾ ਪਰਵਾਣੁ ਕਰਿ ਚਾਰਿ ਵਰਨ ਲੈ ਪੈਰੀ ਪਾਇਆ॥

gur chēlā parvāṇu kari chāri varan lai pairī pāiā॥

गुर चेला परवाणु करि चारि वरन लै पैरी पाइआ॥

Making the disciple authentic, the Guru has put all the four varnas at his feet.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਇਕੁ ਧਿਆਈਐ ਦੁਰਮਤਿ ਦੂਜਾ ਭਾਉ ਮਿਟਾਇਆ॥

gurmukhi iku dhiāīai durmati dūjā bhāu miṭāiā॥

गुरमुखि इकु धिआईऐ दुरमति दूजा भाउ मिटाइआ॥

Now all becoming gurmukhs adore the one Lord and evil wisdom and duality have been wiped out of them.

ਕੁਲਾ ਧਰਮ ਗੁਰਸਿਖ ਸਭ ਮਾਇਆ ਵਿਚਿ ਉਦਾਸੁ ਰਹਾਇਆ॥

kulā dharam gursikh sabh māiā vichi udāsu rahāiā॥

कुला धरम गुरसिख सभ माइआ विचि उदासु रहाइआ॥

Now the duty of the family and the teaching of the Guru is that one should be detacthed while living amidst maya

ਪੂਰੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਥਾਟੁ ਬਣਾਇਆ ॥੧੨॥

pūrē pūrā thāṭu baṇāiā ॥12॥

पूरे पूरा थाटु बणाइआ ॥१२॥

The perfect Guru has created the perfect grandeur.
