ਰੈਣਿ ਦਿਨਸੁ ਰਹੈ ਇਕ ਰੰਗਾ ॥

ਰੈਣਿ ਦਿਨਸੁ ਰਹੈ ਇਕ ਰੰਗਾ ॥

raiṇi dinsu rahai ik raṅgā ॥

रैणि दिनसु रहै इक रंगा ॥

Night and day, they remain in the Love of the One.

ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕਉ ਜਾਣੈ ਸਦ ਹੀ ਸੰਗਾ ॥

prabh kau jāṇai sad hī saṅgā ॥

प्रभ कउ जाणै सद ही संगा ॥

They know that God is always with them.

ਠਾਕੁਰ ਨਾਮੁ ਕੀਓ ਉਨਿ ਵਰਤਨਿ ॥

ṭhākur nāmu kīō uni vartani ॥

ठाकुर नामु कीओ उनि वरतनि ॥

They make the Name of their Lord and Master their way of life;

ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਅਘਾਵਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਦਰਸਨਿ ॥੧॥

tripti aghāvnu hari kai darsani ॥1॥

त्रिपति अघावनु हरि कै दरसनि ॥१॥

They are satisfied and fulfilled with the Blessed Vision of the Lord's Darshan. ||1||

ਹਰਿ ਸੰਗਿ ਰਾਤੇ ਮਨ ਤਨ ਹਰੇ ॥

hari saṅgi rātē man tan harē ॥

हरि संगि राते मन तन हरे ॥

Imbued with the Love of the Lord, their minds and bodies are rejuvenated,

ਗੁਰ ਪੂਰੇ ਕੀ ਸਰਨੀ ਪਰੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

gur pūrē kī sarnī parē ॥1॥ rahāu ॥

गुर पूरे की सरनी परे ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

Entering the Sanctuary of the Perfect Guru. ||1||Pause||

ਚਰਣ ਕਮਲ ਆਤਮ ਆਧਾਰ ॥

charaṇ kamal ātam ādhār ॥

चरण कमल आतम आधार ॥

The Lord's Lotus Feet are the Support of the soul.

ਏਕੁ ਨਿਹਾਰਹਿ ਆਗਿਆਕਾਰ ॥

ēku nihārahi āgiākār ॥

एकु निहारहि आगिआकार ॥

They see only the One, and obey His Order.

ਏਕੋ ਬਨਜੁ ਏਕੋ ਬਿਉਹਾਰੀ ॥

ēkō banju ēkō biuhārī ॥

एको बनजु एको बिउहारी ॥

There is only one trade, and one occupation.

ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਜਾਨਹਿ ਬਿਨੁ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰੀ ॥੨॥

avru na jānhi binu nirṅkārī ॥2॥

अवरु न जानहि बिनु निरंकारी ॥२॥

They know no other than the Formless Lord. ||2||

ਹਰਖ ਸੋਗ ਦੁਹਹੂੰ ਤੇ ਮੁਕਤੇ ॥

harakh sōg duhhūṃ tē muktē ॥

हरख सोग दुहहूं ते मुकते ॥

They are free of both pleasure and pain.

ਸਦਾ ਅਲਿਪਤੁ ਜੋਗ ਅਰੁ ਜੁਗਤੇ ॥

sadā aliptu jōg aru jugtē ॥

सदा अलिपतु जोग अरु जुगते ॥

They remain unattached, joined to the Lord's Way.

ਦੀਸਹਿ ਸਭ ਮਹਿ ਸਭ ਤੇ ਰਹਤੇ ॥

dīsahi sabh mahi sabh tē rahtē ॥

दीसहि सभ महि सभ ते रहते ॥

They are seen among all, and yet they are distinct from all.

ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਕਾ ਓਇ ਧਿਆਨੁ ਧਰਤੇ ॥੩॥

pārbraham kā ōi dhiānu dhartē ॥3॥

पारब्रहम का ओइ धिआनु धरते ॥३॥

They focus their meditation on the Supreme Lord God. ||3||

ਸੰਤਨ ਕੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਕਵਨ ਵਖਾਨਉ ॥

santan kī mahimā kavan vakhānau ॥

संतन की महिमा कवन वखानउ ॥

How can I describe the Glories of the Saints?

ਅਗਾਧਿ ਬੋਧਿ ਕਿਛੁ ਮਿਤਿ ਨਹੀ ਜਾਨਉ ॥

agādhi bōdhi kichhu miti nahī jānau ॥

अगाधि बोधि किछु मिति नही जानउ ॥

Their knowledge is unfathomable; their limits cannot be known.

ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਮੋਹਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕੀਜੈ ॥

pārbraham mōhi kirpā kījai ॥

पारब्रहम मोहि किरपा कीजै ॥

O Supreme Lord God, please shower Your Mercy upon me.

ਧੂਰਿ ਸੰਤਨ ਕੀ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੀਜੈ ॥੪॥੧੭॥੮੬॥

dhūri santan kī nānak dījai ॥4॥17॥86॥

धूरि संतन की नानक दीजै ॥४॥१७॥८६॥

Bless Nanak with the dust of the feet of the Saints. ||4||17||86||
