ਉਲਾਹਨੋ ਮੈ ਕਾਹੂ ਨ ਦੀਓ ॥

Nat Narain, Fifth Mehl, Du-Padas:

ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥

ik-ōṅkār satigur prasādi ॥

ੴ सतिगुर प्रसादि ॥

One Universal Creator God. By The Grace Of The True Guru:

ਉਲਾਹਨੋ ਮੈ ਕਾਹੂ ਨ ਦੀਓ ॥

ulāhnō mai kāhū na dīō ॥

उलाहनो मै काहू न दीओ ॥

I don't blame anyone else.

ਮਨ ਮੀਠ ਤੁਹਾਰੋ ਕੀਓ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

man mīṭh tuhārō kīō ॥1॥ rahāu ॥

मन मीठ तुहारो कीओ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

Whatever You do is sweet to my mind. ||1||Pause||

ਆਗਿਆ ਮਾਨਿ ਜਾਨਿ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਸੁਨਿ ਸੁਨਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਤੁਹਾਰੋ ਜੀਓ ॥

āgiā māni jāni sukhu pāiā suni suni nāmu tuhārō jīō ॥

आगिआ मानि जानि सुखु पाइआ सुनि सुनि नामु तुहारो जीओ ॥

Understanding and obeying Your Order, I have found peace; hearing, listening to Your Name, I live.

ਈਹਾਂ ਊਹਾ ਹਰਿ ਤੁਮ ਹੀ ਤੁਮ ਹੀ ਇਹੁ ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੁ ਦ੍ਰਿੜੀਓ ॥੧॥

īhāṃ ūhā hari tum hī tum hī ihu gur tē mantru driṛīō ॥1॥

ईहां ऊहा हरि तुम ही तुम ही इहु गुर ते मंत्रु द्रिड़ीओ ॥१॥

Here and hereafter, O Lord, You, only You. The Guru has implanted this Mantra within me. ||1||

ਜਬ ਤੇ ਜਾਨਿ ਪਾਈ ਏਹ ਬਾਤਾ ਤਬ ਕੁਸਲ ਖੇਮ ਸਭ ਥੀਓ ॥

jab tē jāni pāī ēh bātā tab kusal khēm sabh thīō ॥

जब ते जानि पाई एह बाता तब कुसल खेम सभ थीओ ॥

Since I came to realize this, I have been blessed with total peace and pleasure.

ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਪਰਗਾਸਿਓ ਆਨ ਨਾਹੀ ਰੇ ਬੀਓ ॥੨॥੧॥੨॥

sādhsaṅgi nānak pargāsiō ān nāhī rē bīō ॥2॥1॥2॥

साधसंगि नानक परगासिओ आन नाही रे बीओ ॥२॥१॥२॥

In the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, this has been revealed to Nanak, and now, there is no other for him at all. ||2||1||2||
