ਮੋਹਿ ਨਿਰਗੁਨ ਸਭ ਗੁਣਹ ਬਿਹੂਨਾ ॥

बिलावलु महला ५ ॥

Bilaaval, Fifth Mehl:

ਮੋਹਿ ਨਿਰਗੁਨ ਸਭ ਗੁਣਹ ਬਿਹੂਨਾ ॥

mōhi nirgun sabh guṇah bihūnā ॥

मोहि निरगुन सभ गुणह बिहूना ॥

I am worthless, totally lacking all virtues.

ਦਇਆ ਧਾਰਿ ਅਪੁਨਾ ਕਰਿ ਲੀਨਾ ॥੧॥

daiā dhāri apunā kari līnā ॥1॥

दइआ धारि अपुना करि लीना ॥१॥

Bless me with Your Mercy, and make me Your Own. ||1||

ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਗੋਪਾਲਿ ਸੁਹਾਇਆ ॥

mērā manu tanu hari gōpāli suhāiā ॥

मेरा मनु तनु हरि गोपालि सुहाइआ ॥

My mind and body are embellished by the Lord, the Lord of the World.

ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਘਰ ਮਹਿ ਆਇਆ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

kari kirpā prabhu ghar mahi āiā ॥1॥ rahāu ॥

करि किरपा प्रभु घर महि आइआ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

Granting His Mercy, God has come into the home of my heart. ||1||Pause||

ਭਗਤਿ ਵਛਲ ਭੈ ਕਾਟਨਹਾਰੇ ॥

bhagti vachhal bhai kāṭnahārē ॥

भगति वछल भै काटनहारे ॥

He is the Lover and Protector of His devotees, the Destroyer of fear.

ਸੰਸਾਰ ਸਾਗਰ ਅਬ ਉਤਰੇ ਪਾਰੇ ॥੨॥

saṃsār sāgar ab utrē pārē ॥2॥

संसार सागर अब उतरे पारे ॥२॥

Now, I have been carried across the world-ocean. ||2||

ਪਤਿਤ ਪਾਵਨ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਬਿਰਦੁ ਬੇਦਿ ਲੇਖਿਆ ॥

patit pāvan prabh birdu bēdi lēkhiā ॥

पतित पावन प्रभ बिरदु बेदि लेखिआ ॥

It is God's Way to purify sinners, say the Vedas.

ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਸੋ ਨੈਨਹੁ ਪੇਖਿਆ ॥੩॥

pārbrahmu sō nainhu pēkhiā ॥3॥

पारब्रहमु सो नैनहु पेखिआ ॥३॥

I have seen the Supreme Lord with my eyes. ||3||

ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਪ੍ਰਗਟੇ ਨਾਰਾਇਣ ॥

sādhsaṅgi pragṭē nārāiṇ ॥

साधसंगि प्रगटे नाराइण ॥

In the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, the Lord becomes manifest.

ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾਸ ਸਭਿ ਦੂਖ ਪਲਾਇਣ ॥੪॥੯॥੧੪॥

nānak dās sabhi dūkh palāiṇ ॥4॥9॥14॥

नानक दास सभि दूख पलाइण ॥४॥९॥१४॥

O slave Nanak, all pains are relieved. ||4||9||14||
