Goojaree, Fifth Mehl:

ਮਾਤ ਪਿਤਾ ਭਾਈ ਸੁਤ ਬੰਧਪ ਤਿਨ ਕਾ ਬਲੁ ਹੈ ਥੋਰਾ ॥

māt pitā bhāī sut bandhap tin kā balu hai thōrā ॥

मात पिता भाई सुत बंधप तिन का बलु है थोरा ॥

Mother, father, siblings, children and relatives - their power is insignificant.

ਅਨਿਕ ਰੰਗ ਮਾਇਆ ਕੇ ਪੇਖੇ ਕਿਛੁ ਸਾਥਿ ਨ ਚਾਲੈ ਭੋਰਾ ॥੧॥

anik raṅg māiā kē pēkhē kichhu sāthi na chālai bhōrā ॥1॥

अनिक रंग माइआ के पेखे किछु साथि न चालै भोरा ॥१॥

I have seen the many pleasures of Maya, but none goes with them in the end. ||1||

ਠਾਕੁਰ ਤੁਝ ਬਿਨੁ ਆਹਿ ਨ ਮੋਰਾ ॥

ṭhākur tujh binu āhi na mōrā ॥

ठाकुर तुझ बिनु आहि न मोरा ॥

O Lord Master, other than You, no one is mine.

ਮੋਹਿ ਅਨਾਥ ਨਿਰਗੁਨ ਗੁਣੁ ਨਾਹੀ ਮੈ ਆਹਿਓ ਤੁਮ੍‍ਰਾ ਧੋਰਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

mōhi anāth nirgun guṇu nāhī mai āhiō tum‍rā dhōrā ॥1॥ rahāu ॥

मोहि अनाथ निरगुन गुणु नाही मै आहिओ तुम्‍रा धोरा ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

I am a worthless orphan, devoid of merit; I long for Your Support. ||1||Pause||

ਬਲਿ ਬਲਿ ਬਲਿ ਬਲਿ ਚਰਣ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਾ ਰੇ ਈਹਾ ਊਹਾ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਾ ਰਾ ਜੋਰਾ ॥

bali bali bali bali charaṇ tumārē īhā ūhā tumārā jōrā ॥

बलि बलि बलि बलि चरण तुम्‍ारे ईहा ऊहा तुम्‍ारा जोरा ॥

I am a sacrifice, a sacrifice, a sacrifice, a sacrifice to Your lotus feet; here and hereafter, Yours is the only power.

ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਦਰਸੁ ਪਾਇਓ ਬਿਨਸਿਓ ਸਗਲ ਨਿਹੋਰਾ ॥੨॥੭॥੧੬॥

sādhsaṅgi nānak darsu pāiō binsiō sagal nihōrā ॥2॥7॥16॥

साधसंगि नानक दरसु पाइओ बिनसिओ सगल निहोरा ॥२॥७॥१६॥

In the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, Nanak has obtained the Blessed Vision of Your Darshan; my obligations to all others are annulled. ||2||7||16||
