ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਪਾਰ ਅਮੋਲੀ ॥

Bilaaval, Fifth Mehl:

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਪਾਰ ਅਮੋਲੀ ॥

hari hari nāmu apār amōlī ॥

हरि हरि नामु अपार अमोली ॥

The Name of the Lord, Har, Har, is infinite and priceless.

ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਪਿਆਰੋ ਮਨਹਿ ਅਧਾਰੋ ਚੀਤਿ ਚਿਤਵਉ ਜੈਸੇ ਪਾਨ ਤੰਬੋਲੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

prān piārō manhi adhārō chīti chitvau jaisē pān tambōlī ॥1॥ rahāu ॥

प्रान पिआरो मनहि अधारो चीति चितवउ जैसे पान तंबोली ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

It is the Beloved of my breath of life, and the Support of my mind; I remember it, as the betel leaf chewer remembers the betel leaf. ||1||Pause||

ਸਹਜਿ ਸਮਾਇਓ ਗੁਰਹਿ ਬਤਾਇਓ ਰੰਗਿ ਰੰਗੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਤਨ ਕੀ ਚੋਲੀ ॥

sahji samāiō gurhi batāiō raṅgi raṅgī mērē tan kī chōlī ॥

सहजि समाइओ गुरहि बताइओ रंगि रंगी मेरे तन की चोली ॥

I have been absorbed in celestial bliss, following the Guru's Teachings; my body-garment is imbued with the Lord's Love.

ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਮੁਖਿ ਲਾਗੋ ਜਉ ਵਡਭਾਗੋ ਸੁਹਾਗੁ ਹਮਾਰੋ ਕਤਹੁ ਨ ਡੋਲੀ ॥੧॥

pria mukhi lāgō jau vaḍbhāgō suhāgu hamārō kathu na ḍōlī ॥1॥

प्रिअ मुखि लागो जउ वडभागो सुहागु हमारो कतहु न डोली ॥१॥

I come face to face with my Beloved, by great good fortune; my Husband Lord never wavers. ||1||

ਰੂਪ ਨ ਧੂਪ ਨ ਗੰਧ ਨ ਦੀਪਾ ਓਤਿ ਪੋਤਿ ਅੰਗ ਅੰਗ ਸੰਗਿ ਮਉਲੀ ॥

rūp na dhūp na gandh na dīpā ōti pōti aṅg aṅg saṅgi maulī ॥

रूप न धूप न गंध न दीपा ओति पोति अंग अंग संगि मउली ॥

I do not need any image, or incense, or perfume, or lamps; through and through, He is blossoming forth, with me, life and limb.

ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਰਵੀ ਸੁਹਾਗਨਿ ਅਤਿ ਨੀਕੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਬਨੀ ਖਟੋਲੀ ॥੨॥੩॥੮੯॥

kahu nānak pria ravī suhāgni ati nīkī mērī banī khaṭōlī ॥2॥3॥89॥

कहु नानक प्रिअ रवी सुहागनि अति नीकी मेरी बनी खटोली ॥२॥३॥८९॥

Says Nanak, my Husband Lord has ravished and enjoyed His soul-bride; my bed has become very beautiful and sublime. ||2||3||89||
