ਹਰਿ ਏਕੁ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਏਕੁ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਏਕੁ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਪਿਆਰੇ ॥

hari ēku simri ēku simri ēku simri piārē ॥

हरि एकु सिमरि एकु सिमरि एकु सिमरि पिआरे ॥

Meditate in remembrance on the One Lord; meditate in remembrance on the One Lord; meditate in remembrance on the One Lord, O my Beloved.

ਕਲਿ ਕਲੇਸ ਲੋਭ ਮੋਹ ਮਹਾ ਭਉਜਲੁ ਤਾਰੇ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

kali kalēs lōbh mōh mahā bhaujlu tārē ॥ rahāu ॥

कलि कलेस लोभ मोह महा भउजलु तारे ॥ रहाउ ॥

He shall save you from strife, suffering, greed, attachment, and the most terrifying world-ocean. ||Pause||

ਸਾਸਿ ਸਾਸਿ ਨਿਮਖ ਨਿਮਖ ਦਿਨਸੁ ਰੈਨਿ ਚਿਤਾਰੇ ॥

sāsi sāsi nimakh nimakh dinsu raini chitārē ॥

सासि सासि निमख निमख दिनसु रैनि चितारे ॥

With each and every breath, each and every instant, day and night, dwell upon Him.

ਸਾਧਸੰਗ ਜਪਿ ਨਿਸੰਗ ਮਨਿ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ਧਾਰੇ ॥੧॥

sādhsaṅg japi nisaṅg mani nidhānu dhārē ॥1॥

साधसंग जपि निसंग मनि निधानु धारे ॥१॥

In the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, meditate on Him fearlessly, and enshrine the treasure of His Name in your mind. ||1||

ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਨਮਸਕਾਰ ਗੁਨ ਗੋਬਿਦ ਬੀਚਾਰੇ ॥

charan kamal namsakār gun gōbid bīchārē ॥

चरन कमल नमसकार गुन गोबिद बीचारे ॥

Worship His lotus feet, and contemplate the glorious virtues of the Lord of the Universe.

ਸਾਧ ਜਨਾ ਕੀ ਰੇਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਮੰਗਲ ਸੂਖ ਸਧਾਰੇ ॥੨॥੧॥੩੧॥

sādh janā kī rēn nānak maṅgal sūkh sadhārē ॥2॥1॥31॥

साध जना की रेन नानक मंगल सूख सधारे ॥२॥१॥३१॥

O Nanak, the dust of the feet of the Holy shall bless you with pleasure and peace. ||2||1||31||
