ਹੈ ਨਾਹੀ ਕੋਊ ਬੂਝਨਹਾਰੋ ਜਾਨੈ ਕਵਨੁ ਭਤਾ ॥

Goojaree, Fifth Mehl:

ਹੈ ਨਾਹੀ ਕੋਊ ਬੂਝਨਹਾਰੋ ਜਾਨੈ ਕਵਨੁ ਭਤਾ ॥

hai nāhī kōū būjhnahārō jānai kavnu bhatā ॥

है नाही कोऊ बूझनहारो जानै कवनु भता ॥

No one understands the Lord; who can understand His plans?

ਸਿਵ ਬਿਰੰਚਿ ਅਰੁ ਸਗਲ ਮੋਨਿ ਜਨ ਗਹਿ ਨ ਸਕਾਹਿ ਗਤਾ ॥੧॥

siv birñchi aru sagal mōni jan gahi na sakāhi gatā ॥1॥

सिव बिरंचि अरु सगल मोनि जन गहि न सकाहि गता ॥१॥

Shiva, Brahma and all the silent sages cannot understand the state of the Lord. ||1||

ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੀ ਅਗਮ ਅਗਾਧਿ ਕਥਾ ॥

prabh kī agam agādhi kathā ॥

प्रभ की अगम अगाधि कथा ॥

God's sermon is profound and unfathomable.

ਸੁਨੀਐ ਅਵਰ ਅਵਰ ਬਿਧਿ ਬੁਝੀਐ ਬਕਨ ਕਥਨ ਰਹਤਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

sunīai avar avar bidhi bujhīai bakan kathan rahtā ॥1॥ rahāu ॥

सुनीऐ अवर अवर बिधि बुझीऐ बकन कथन रहता ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

He is heard to be one thing, but He is understood to be something else again; He is beyond description and explanation. ||1||Pause||

ਆਪੇ ਭਗਤਾ ਆਪਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਆਪਨ ਸੰਗਿ ਰਤਾ ॥

āpē bhagtā āpi suāmī āpan saṅgi ratā ॥

आपे भगता आपि सुआमी आपन संगि रता ॥

He Himself is the devotee, and He Himself is the Lord and Master; He is imbued with Himself.

ਨਾਨਕ ਕੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਪੂਰਿ ਰਹਿਓ ਹੈ ਪੇਖਿਓ ਜਤ੍ਰ ਕਤਾ ॥੨॥੨॥੧੧॥

nānak kō prabhu pūri rahiō hai pēkhiō jatr katā ॥2॥2॥11॥

नानक को प्रभु पूरि रहिओ है पेखिओ जत्र कता ॥२॥२॥११॥

Nanak's God is pervading and permeating everywhere; wherever he looks, He is there. ||2||2||11||
