ਇਹੁ ਸਰੀਰੁ ਸਭੁ ਧਰਮੁ ਹੈ ਜਿਸੁ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਸਚੇ ਕੀ ਵਿਚਿ ਜੋਤਿ ॥

ਇਹੁ ਸਰੀਰੁ ਸਭੁ ਧਰਮੁ ਹੈ ਜਿਸੁ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਸਚੇ ਕੀ ਵਿਚਿ ਜੋਤਿ ॥

ihu sarīru sabhu dharmu hai jisu andri sachē kī vichi jōti ॥

इहु सरीरु सभु धरमु है जिसु अंदरि सचे की विचि जोति ॥

This body is the home of Dharma; the Divine Light of the True Lord is within it.

ਗੁਹਜ ਰਤਨ ਵਿਚਿ ਲੁਕਿ ਰਹੇ ਕੋਈ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੇਵਕੁ ਕਢੈ ਖੋਤਿ ॥

guhaj ratan vichi luki rahē kōī gurmukhi sēvku kaḍhai khōti ॥

गुहज रतन विचि लुकि रहे कोई गुरमुखि सेवकु कढै खोति ॥

Hidden within it are the jewels of mystery; how rare is that Gurmukh, that selfless servant, who digs them out.

ਸਭੁ ਆਤਮ ਰਾਮੁ ਪਛਾਣਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਇਕੁ ਰਵਿਆ ਇਕੋ ਓਤਿ ਪੋਤਿ ॥

sabhu ātam rāmu pachhāṇiā tāṃ iku raviā ikō ōti pōti ॥

सभु आतम रामु पछाणिआ तां इकु रविआ इको ओति पोति ॥

When someone realizes the All-pervading Soul, then he sees the One and Only Lord permeating, through and through.

ਇਕੁ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਇਕੁ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਇਕੋ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਸ੍ਰਵਣ ਸਰੋਤਿ ॥

iku dēkhiā iku manniā ikō suṇiā sravaṇ sarōti ॥

इकु देखिआ इकु मंनिआ इको सुणिआ स्रवण सरोति ॥

He sees the One, he believes in the One, and with his ears, he listens only to the One.

ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਲਾਹਿ ਤੂ ਸਚੁ ਸਚੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਤੇਰੀ ਹੋਤਿ ॥੧੬॥

jan nānak nāmu salāhi tū sachu sachē sēvā tērī hōti ॥16॥

जन नानक नामु सलाहि तू सचु सचे सेवा तेरी होति ॥१६॥

O servant Nanak, praise the Naam, the Name of the Lord; this is your service to the Lord, the Truest of the True. ||16||
