ਧਰਤਿ ਸੁਹਾਵੜੀ ਆਕਾਸੁ ਸੁਹੰਦਾ ਜਪੰਦਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਉ ॥

dharti suhāvṛī ākāsu suhandā japndiā hari nāu ॥

धरति सुहावड़ी आकासु सुहंदा जपंदिआ हरि नाउ ॥

The earth is beauteous, and the sky is lovely, chanting the Name of the Lord.

ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮ ਵਿਹੂਣਿਆ ਤਿਨ੍‍ ਤਨ ਖਾਵਹਿ ਕਾਉ ॥੨॥

nānak nām vihūṇiā tin‍ tan khāvahi kāu ॥2॥

नानक नाम विहूणिआ तिन्‍ तन खावहि काउ ॥२॥

O Nanak, those who lack the Naam - their carcasses are eaten by the crows. ||2||
