ਅਛਲੁ ਅਛੇਦੁ ਅਭੇਦੁ ਹੈ ਭਗਤਿ ਵਛਲ ਹੋਇ ਅਛਲ ਛਲਾਇਆ॥

ਅਛਲੁ ਅਛੇਦੁ ਅਭੇਦੁ ਹੈ ਭਗਤਿ ਵਛਲ ਹੋਇ ਅਛਲ ਛਲਾਇਆ॥

achhlu achhēdu abhēdu hai bhagti vachhal hōi achhal chhalāiā॥

अछलु अछेदु अभेदु है भगति वछल होइ अछल छलाइआ॥

The Lord is undeceivable, indestructible and non-dual, but because of His love for His devotees He is sometimes deluded by them (as in the case of 'Guru Amar Das).

ਮਹਿਮਾ ਮਿਤਿ ਮਿਰਜਾਦ ਲੰਘਿ ਪਰਮਿਤਿ ਪਾਰਾਵਾਰੁ ਨ ਪਾਇਆ॥

mahimā miti mirjād laṅghi parmiti pārāvāru na pāiā॥

महिमा मिति मिरजाद लंघि परमिति पारावारु न पाइआ॥

His grandeur has crossed all the limits and being boyond all the boundaries none could know about his extent.

ਰਹਰਾਸੀ ਰਹਰਾਸਿ ਹੈ ਪੈਰੀ ਪੈ ਜਗੁ ਪੈਰੀ ਪਾਇਆ॥

rahrāsī rahrāsi hai pairī pai jagu pairī pāiā॥

रहरासी रहरासि है पैरी पै जगु पैरी पाइआ॥

Among all the codes of couduct, the code of conduct of the Guru is the best one; he falling at the feet of Guru (Angad) has made the whole world bow at his own feet.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੁਖਫਲੁ ਅਮਰਪਦੁ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਬ੍ਰਿਖਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਫਲ ਲਾਇਆ॥

gurmukhi sukhphalu amrapdu ammrit brikhi ammritphal lāiā॥

गुरमुखि सुखफलु अमरपदु अंम्रित ब्रिखि अंम्रितफल लाइआ॥

The pleasure fruit of the gurmuldts is the state of immortality and on the tree of nectar (Guru Angad) Guru Amar Das, the nectar fruit has grown.

ਗੁਰ ਚੇਲਾ ਚੇਲਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਪੁਰਖਹੁ ਪੁਰਖ ਉਪਾਇ ਸਮਾਇਆ॥

gur chēlā chēlā gurū purkhahu purakh upāi samāiā॥

गुर चेला चेला गुरू पुरखहु पुरख उपाइ समाइआ॥

From the Guru emerged the disciple and the disciple became the Guru.

ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਵੀਹਿ ਵਿਸਵੇ ਹੋਇ ਇਕੀਹ ਸਹਜਿ ਘਰਿ ਆਇਆ॥

varatmān vīhi visvē hōi ikīh sahji ghari āiā॥

वरतमान वीहि विसवे होइ इकीह सहजि घरि आइआ॥

Guru Angad the Cosmic spirit ( Purakh) having manifested the supreme spirit, (Guru Amar Das), himself merged in the supreme light.

ਸਚਾ ਅਮਰੁ ਅਮਰਿ ਵਰਤਾਇਆ ॥੯॥

sachā amru amri vartāiā ॥9॥

सचा अमरु अमरि वरताइआ ॥९॥

Going beyond the perceptible world, he established himself in equipoise.Thus, Guru Amar Das has spead the true message.
