Shalok:

ਆਤਮੁ ਜੀਤਾ ਗੁਰਮਤੀ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਏ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ॥

ātmu jītā gurmatī guṇ gāē gōbind ॥

आतमु जीता गुरमती गुण गाए गोबिंद ॥

The soul is conquered, through the Guru's Teachings, singing the Glories of God.

ਸੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦੀ ਭੈ ਮਿਟੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਬਿਨਸੀ ਚਿੰਦ ॥੧੫॥

sant prasādī bhai miṭē nānak binsī chind ॥15॥

संत प्रसादी भै मिटे नानक बिनसी चिंद ॥१५॥

By the Grace of the Saints, fear is dispelled, O Nanak, and anxiety is ended. ||15||
