ਆਰਾਧਉ ਤੁਝਹਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਅਪਨੇ ॥

कानड़ा महला ५ ॥

Kaanraa, Fifth Mehl:

ਆਰਾਧਉ ਤੁਝਹਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਅਪਨੇ ॥

ārādhau tujhhi suāmī apnē ॥

आराधउ तुझहि सुआमी अपने ॥

I worship and adore You, my Lord and Master.

ਊਠਤ ਬੈਠਤ ਸੋਵਤ ਜਾਗਤ ਸਾਸਿ ਸਾਸਿ ਸਾਸਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਨੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

ūṭhat baiṭhat sōvat jāgat sāsi sāsi sāsi hari japnē ॥1॥ rahāu ॥

ऊठत बैठत सोवत जागत सासि सासि सासि हरि जपने ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

Standing up and sitting down, while sleeping and awake, with each and every breath, I meditate on the Lord. ||1||Pause||

ਤਾ ਕੈ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਬਸਿਓ ਨਾਮੁ ॥

tā kai hirdai basiō nāmu ॥

ता कै हिरदै बसिओ नामु ॥

The Naam, the Name of the Lord, abides within the hearts of those,

ਜਾ ਕਉ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਕੀਨੋ ਦਾਨੁ ॥੧॥

jā kau suāmī kīnō dānu ॥1॥

जा कउ सुआमी कीनो दानु ॥१॥

Whose Lord and Master blesses them with this gift. ||1||

ਤਾ ਕੈ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਆਈ ਸਾਂਤਿ ॥

tā kai hirdai āī sānti ॥

ता कै हिरदै आई सांति ॥

Peace and tranquility come into the hearts of those

ਠਾਕੁਰ ਭੇਟੇ ਗੁਰ ਬਚਨਾਂਤਿ ॥੨॥

ṭhākur bhēṭē gur bacnānti ॥2॥

ठाकुर भेटे गुर बचनांति ॥२॥

Who meet their Lord and Master, through the Word of the Guru. ||2||

ਸਰਬ ਕਲਾ ਸੋਈ ਪਰਬੀਨ ॥ ਨਾਮ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਜਾ ਕਉ ਗੁਰਿ ਦੀਨ ॥੩॥

sarab kalā sōī parbīn ॥ nām mantr jā kau guri dīn ॥3॥

सरब कला सोई परबीन ॥ नाम मंत्र जा कउ गुरि दीन ॥३॥

Those whom the Guru blesses with the Mantra of the Naam are wise, and blessed with all powers,. ||3||

ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਤਾ ਕੈ ਬਲਿ ਜਾਉ ॥

kahu nānak tā kai bali jāu ॥

कहु नानक ता कै बलि जाउ ॥

Says Nanak, I am a sacrifice to those

ਕਲਿਜੁਗ ਮਹਿ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਿਨਿ ਨਾਉ ॥੪॥੨॥

kalijug mahi pāiā jini nāu ॥4॥2॥

कलिजुग महि पाइआ जिनि नाउ ॥४॥२॥

Who are blessed with the Name in this Dark Age of Kali Yuga. ||4||2||
