ਆਗੈ ਸੁਖੁ ਮੇਰੇ ਮੀਤਾ ॥

ਸੋਰਠਿ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥

sōrṭhi mahlā 5 ॥

सोरठि महला ५ ॥

Sorat'h, Fifth Mehl:

ਆਗੈ ਸੁਖੁ ਮੇਰੇ ਮੀਤਾ ॥

āgai sukhu mērē mītā ॥

आगै सुखु मेरे मीता ॥

Peace in this world, O my friends,

ਪਾਛੇ ਆਨਦੁ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਕੀਤਾ ॥

pāchhē āndu prabhi kītā ॥

पाछे आनदु प्रभि कीता ॥

And bliss in the world hereafter - God has given me this.

ਪਰਮੇਸੁਰਿ ਬਣਤ ਬਣਾਈ ॥

parmēsuri baṇat baṇāī ॥

परमेसुरि बणत बणाई ॥

The Transcendent Lord has arranged these arrangements;

ਫਿਰਿ ਡੋਲਤ ਕਤਹੂ ਨਾਹੀ ॥੧॥

phiri ḍōlat katahū nāhī ॥1॥

फिरि डोलत कतहू नाही ॥१॥

I shall never waver again. ||1||

ਸਾਚੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਿਉ ਮਨੁ ਮਾਨਿਆ ॥

sāchē sāhib siu manu māniā ॥

साचे साहिब सिउ मनु मानिआ ॥

My mind is pleased with the True Lord Master.

ਹਰਿ ਸਰਬ ਨਿਰੰਤਰਿ ਜਾਨਿਆ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

hari sarab nirntari jāniā ॥1॥ rahāu ॥

हरि सरब निरंतरि जानिआ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

I know the Lord to be pervading all. ||1||Pause||

ਸਭ ਜੀਅ ਤੇਰੇ ਦਇਆਲਾ ॥

sabh jīa tērē daiālā ॥

सभ जीअ तेरे दइआला ॥

All beings are Yours, O Merciful Lord.

ਅਪਨੇ ਭਗਤ ਕਰਹਿ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਲਾ ॥

apnē bhagat karahi pratipālā ॥

अपने भगत करहि प्रतिपाला ॥

You cherish Your devotees.

ਅਚਰਜੁ ਤੇਰੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ॥

acraju tērī vaḍiāī ॥

अचरजु तेरी वडिआई ॥

Your glorious greatness is wonderful and marvellous.

ਨਿਤ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਈ ॥੨॥੨੩॥੮੭॥

nit nānak nāmu dhiāī ॥2॥23॥87॥

नित नानक नामु धिआई ॥२॥२३॥८७॥

Nanak ever meditates on the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||2||23||87||
